Gina A. Haran is a civil litigation attorney who specializes in toxic tort litigation and asbestos litigation.

Ms. Haran obtained her B.A. from the University of San Francisco in 1995 with a major in Psychology. She received her J.D. from San Francisco Law School in 2001, where she served as the Vice-President of the Student Bar Association.

Ms. Haran is admitted to practice in all California state courts and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
