Michele M. Tuman presently specializes in commercial, product liability, and toxic tort litigation. She also has experience in medical malpractice, premises liability, complex construction and business litigation, breach of contract, torts, real estate, and trust litigation, as well as business and corporate transactions.

Ms. Tuman moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2003. She had previously practiced law in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties since 1996.

Ms. Tuman received her B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1992. She received her J.D. degree from Santa Barbara College of Law in 1996, where she received an American Jurisprudence award in Corporations.
